Gov. appoints new Nodaway County Prosecutor

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - Governor Mike Parson has appointed a new Nodaway County Prosecutor. The Governor appointed Caleb Philips, who's currently serving as a law clerk to Federal Judge Roseann Ketchmark.

Phillips has a bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri and a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.

Phillips replaces Robert Rice, who was appointed as Associate Circuit Judge for the Fourth Judicial Circuit in Missouri earlier this Summer.
